Under GDPR regulations we have identified that we handle your personal data under both a contractual basis or a consensual basis. If you make a purchase, or contact us with a query, we will use your data to fulfil the contract of delivering your purchase or responding to your data. We use a variety of third party processors to help us with that. We also have an email newsletter, for which we use Squarespace email campaigns to process your data. We will never add you to our newsletter without your explicit consent.

What information do we collect? 
When you browse our site, we automatically receive your IP address in order to communicate with your browser. This also gives us some geographical information. Additionally, your browser sends us some information about your OS and browser which allows our website to be displayed correctly on your system. When you make a purchase we need certain information from you to fulfil our contract with you: your name, address, email address and phone number. 

How can I update or delete my details? 
If you would like your data to be deleted, please email mail@thelissome.com. We will then delete your data that we have access to.

Squarespace:
Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Squarespace transfers your data to Stripe who stores your payment data. For more insight, you may also want to read Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Statement here.

Newsletter:
We send a monthly newsletter to subscribers via email campaigns by Mailchimp. We have access to the details you provide when you subscribe: your name and email address. You can update your details or unsubscribe at any time by following the link to update your profile in the footer of each newsletter.

Cookies can improve visitors’ and website owners' browsing experience because they help websites remember preferences and understand how people use different features.
